We have a new addition to the team, PA-C, Reid D. Beattie. Reid joins our practice with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, Minor in Chemistry from Siena College, and a Masters in Physician Studies from SUNY Upstate Medical University. He has trained and practiced in numerous hospitals around the area including St. Elizabeth, St. Luke’s and performed clinicals with Dr. Q at CNY Brain and Spine. We are thrilled to welcome him, and know our patients will feel the same.
2021 brings a new location for the Capital Region as we are happy to announce that we are now seeing and treating patients in Schenectady, NY. We are confident this will give our patients more options to receive great care in this area. We’ll still be available in our New Hartford, Rome, Herkimer, Canton and Lowville locations of course!
At our New Hartford office our MRI, GE Electric Signa Pioneer, was accredited by the American College of Radiology. In addition we now have an X-Ray machine in the office which will help us to diagnose neck, brain and spine conditions faster, with more convenience. By having the machine located in the office this will be a benefit to our patients as everything can be done in one place. There will be no need to travel around when you can see the Dr. and have your x-ray performed at the same place. The Chamber of New Hartford proudly welcomed CNY Brain and Spine to its membership on December 14th with a private ribbon cutting ceremony, to not only learn more about our practice, but see the state-of-the-art technology we have brought to our community.
It’s been a very hard year but we are grateful to have remained open and here for you. Please remember that your preventive care and neurosurgical needs are essential. We are operating with the safest guidelines and procedures in place. If you are uncomfortable coming in person we offer a telemedicine option as well.
